Greetings from Raniganj!

I have just received the TRF Contribution figures for the 10 month period ended April 2009.

While the Global TRF contributions at US$ 113.4 million are down by 2.7% compared to the same period as of the previous year, but contributions from our Dist.3240 has increased by 63% for the same period in the previous year.

I know that all of you are making efforts to achieve the targets set out and I am also confident that in the months of May and June many of you will fulfill your commitment towards the Rotary Foundation Contribution to reach a further height.

All it needs is that little extra effort and your generosity.

Attached is a PDF file showing the progress of the districts in Zone 5 in their TRF contributions as compared to the previous year.

Please also note that in India we are in the list of first two to achieve our target.
